How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We're doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

How to track my order?

You can track your order using your order number or tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Click on Track navigation or Chat with us.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We currently only ship within India.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping fees vary by location and order value. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged products or manufacturing issues. Return items must be unwashed, unworn, properly folded, in original packaging with tags intact. Return pickup is arranged by us, with a nominal Rs 250 pickup fee. Where pickup is unavailable, customers must use a reputed, trackable courier. Refunds are issued by gift card or to the source account; store credit receives the full refund without deduction. Sale-event purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Can I exchange an item?

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See our policy page for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation requests are considered within 24 hours of placing the order, but orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Cash on Delivery cancellations can be requested by contacting support@bambelis.com or +91-7719600200. A nominal Rs 250 fee applies to Return-To-Origin orders.
